PsPc – Panevėžio socialinių pokyčių centras (Centre of Social Change Makers) is a public institution that was established in 1996 by the Panevėžys Town Council in Lithuania. It provides social services to adults with disabilities, children with disabilities, and their families. PsPc aims to promote inclusion, independence, and equal opportunities by offering tailored support that meets individual needs and strengthens active participation in community life. PsPc provides three main types of services:
- Day care services for adults with disabilities, focusing on meaningful daily activities, the development of social and life skills, and the improvement of overall well-being;
- Sheltered employment, where adults with intellectual or psychosocial disabilities can gain practical experience, build self-confidence, and participate in non-formal, community-based activities;
- Support services for children with disabilities and their families, including early rehabilitation, therapy, non-formal education, and individual counselling aimed at empowering both the child and their family.
In addition to direct services, PsPc actively participates in local, national, and international projects. These initiatives focus on enhancing social inclusion, promoting innovation in service provision, strengthening professional competencies, and contributing to sustainable and positive social change. PsPc operates in line with the values of dignity, human rights, and inclusive community development, ensuring that every person has the opportunity to live a full and meaningful life.
